Delete Your Account & Data
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. The process depends on whether you use the free or premium plan.
What data does BazarMio store?
All your data — inventory, sales, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device. BazarMio never sends this data to our servers. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes everything.
If you activated cloud sync, BazarMio stores your registered phone number and synced business data (inventory, sales history) on our servers so your data is accessible across devices.
How to delete your data
Free Plan
- Open your device settings.
- Find BazarMio under "Apps" or "Installed apps".
- Tap Uninstall.
- All data is immediately and permanently deleted from your device.
Premium Plan
- Send an email to the address below.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the phone number registered with your BazarMio account.
- We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.

Data retention
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete all associated account and business data from our servers within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
